Unikrn Partner with FACEIT

After Unikrn launched in April they’ve expanded their presence online to become the leading eSports only bookmaker. Powered by Tabcorp, who also operate Luxbet, the site has all the required licenses in order to take bets from major territories such as the UK and Australia.

Unikrn has now announced a partnership with leading CounterStrike: Global Offensive event organizer FACEIT, although their press release doesn’t reveal what the partnership entails, we can only assume this is a wise move by both companies. The partnership seems to involve sponsorship of the FACEIT League, one of the leading competitions for CS:GO including video adverts, their logo on the stream and in the studio backdrop.

Unikrn is also continuing to expand its business with the introduction of Unikoins. If you’re in a country where online betting is illegal, such as the United States, Unikoins allow you to bet a virtual currency with no value, that is given to you free by Unikrn for completing certain tasks, and can then be bet with, and these Unikoins allow you to then enter raffles for prizes such as computer hardware. This is a smart move by Unikrn, as it enables them to benefit from their global advertising and build a customer base in territories where they cannot yet accept real money bets, whilst providing a novel service.
